At SSS Prakashan, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering your books. We are committed to ensuring that every order reaches you in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged book or a book different from the one you ordered, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange.
Customers may request an exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery if:
- The book received is damaged during transit.
- The book received is defective, misprinted, or has missing pages.
- An incorrect title or edition has been delivered.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number, photographs of the damaged or incorrect book, and a brief description of the issue.
Once your request is verified, we will arrange for the replacement of the book, subject to stock availability. The replacement book will be shipped to the original delivery address provided in the order.
Please note that exchanges are not available for books ordered by mistake, books damaged due to misuse, or requests made after the 10-day exchange period.
SSS Prakashan reserves the right to inspect and verify all exchange requests before approving a replacement.
